Q:What products do yo u have?
A:Self-adhesive label paper, thermal paper, art paper, synthetic paper, thermal synthetic paper, PET film. All sizes of label roll, boarding pass, Airport Luggage Tag,Jewelry Tag, clothing hang tag etc. We produce raw materials so we can control the highest quality and reasonable price of finished rolls.
Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company ?
A: 100% manufacturer in Guangzhou + 13 years paper experience. Near by Guangzhou port and Shenzhen port.
Q: If I need sample, what I need to do? and how long can I have sample?
A: If there is stock,sample will be sent in 24hrs. If not,it takes 3~5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And for express charge will afford by customer.
Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: For all goods finished, there will be 100% inspect check the goods before package, and will double verify before ship from factory.
Q: What info I need to provide if I want to get the price?
A:Product material, size, color, order Qty, product used environment, trend terms(FOB or CIF or Ex-work), destination port. and other special requirements.
Q: What kind of payment term can you accept?

Q: how can we have our rolls preprinted according to our request?
A: To make OEM preprinted rolls, we would request either artwork in PDF, CDR format with sizes & pantone color in details, or an exact sample sent to our factory by air.
Q: what is cost for OEM preprinted sample rolls?
A: Before making your OEM preprinted rolls, we collect printing plate cost 200~500usd based on the complexity of artwork. It usually takes us 5~7 days to finish printing. Upon approval of artwork and confirmation of your order in bulk quantity, the plate cost would be credited from your order payment.
Q: what is cost for OEM pre-printed rolls?
A: Printing cost is related to quantity of each order and # of artwork colors. Please contact us freely with your detailed requirements by email. Our sales group would come back to you immediately with the best quotation.
Q: what is your minimum quantity?
A: No MOQ here. We welcome test and trial orders, which we believe, would definitely lead to bigger and more regular orders in the future. We accept different products of ours mixed in one container. We are professional at working out the most reasonable way to load the maximum of container space.
